This was my first time having a Reiki session and it was amazing. Sherri’s energy is so calming, I felt right at home. I wish I could have a bio mat at home! I had never experienced a biomat, here is what I can tell you. When I started with the sessions I was taking Ambien to sleep at night and muscle relaxants for chronic back pain. I no longer need the medications and I feel great, full of energy and yet peaceful. I had also started a 12 week treatment for Hepititis C and after only 7 weeks I am HepC Free! I believe the sessions with Sheri accelerated my healing in a multitude of ways. Thank you for everything !!

Entering Sherri's space after massive Friday traffic was a huge relief! The experience that followed was more than I expected and better than words can explain! It was the deepst rest I've felt in one hour. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and that amazing energy stayed with me all night and I had the best night of sleep I've had in a long time! Not sure if it's the Biomat or the Reiki, but whatever it is...it's a winner and I'll be back for more!

I had such a wonderful experience with Sherri yesterday. I didn't know what to expect so I was a bit nervous going in. I spent time on the amaaaaaazing amethyst mat and had a reiki session. I slept last night without melatonin for the first time in years and I just felt lighter today. Thank you, Sherri! I will definitely be back!

What an amazing experience! I've never used an amethyst biomat and never had reiki, so I walked in not knowing what to expect. Sherri explained everything and I felt so relaxed and peaceful. My shoulder and back had been bothering me for days, but felt great when I left. I feel so grateful that such a kind person allowed me this experience, will definitely be going back:)
